1) Search products and add up to 500 offers with Add Products listing feature
Our updated Add Product Listing tool helps you search for products already listed for sale in bulk on the store and add up to 500 offers with minimal details.
Add Products: Search for up to 20 products and add information such as price and quantity to submit a single offer in the Seller Center.
Add Product via Upload: Search up to 500 products and generate a pre-filled excel template. After adding information such as price and quantity, you can use the spreadsheet to quickly list offers via batch upload.
2) Policy update for automotive and marine emissions tuners
Starting from March 11, 2024, you are now required to provide the California Air Resources Board Executive Order (CARB-EO) number for new and existing lists of automotive and marine emission tuners to ensure that these products comply with the Clean Air Act.
The Clean Air Act prohibits the sale of any equipment (malfunctioning equipment) that illegally interferes with or inhibits engine emission control. This new requirement helps prevent the sale of these failed device tuners.
If a valid CARB EO number is not provided for the car or marine tuner list, the list can be deleted until a valid CARB EO number is provided.
3) Improve customer satisfaction with new Voice of the Customer features
We have launched two new features on the “Voice of Customers” panel: recommended actions and key phrases.
The “Voice of Customers” panel highlights products that require more attention by categorizing them into “poor” and “very poor” health ratings.
The suggested actions have been extended from existing options (including editing lists and deleting inventory) to now include:
Seller education content to help you understand and solve product condition, expiration, and general product quality issues.
Regarding the information on preparation guidelines, it is recommended to prepare the product to reduce improper handling of the product.
Size chart tool, used to update size chart information and reduce customer issues related to fit.
Product lifecycle support enables customers to learn more about your product through video and real-time support to help reduce returns.
Key phrases expand customer feedback from just comments to include feedback from customer service meetings, buyer seller messages, seller feedback, and A-to-z claims.
4) You can now find Seller News articles and updates using Seller Assistant
Seller news articles are now integrated into your Amazon Seller Central app, allowing you to quickly find the information you need.
Seller Central is an AI-powered tool within the Seller Central platform that helps you quickly find information, access analytics, and manage your business more efficiently on Amazon.
When you ask Seller Central a question, it provides relevant answers and automatically displays related seller news articles. You can see not only the answer to your question but also any relevant news articles that might impact your business.
