If the product shows that the SKU price has not been updated, it may be because the report has not been updated, or the report is only updated after the system updates are synchronized (updated daily). Please wait for 1-2 days to check the price update status, and if it has not been updated, please contact the IT department for feedback.
The reason why the suffix for front-end age values in clothing size standards is displayed as “T” or “Years”
Display rules for clothing size and age values on the front desk
The age range of 1 to 5 years old: represented by 1T to 5T, even if the information we fill in is 1 Year, it will be displayed as 1T by default and cannot be manually intervened.
Age values greater than 5 years old: represented by “6 Years”, “7 Years”, and so on. This item cannot be manually intervened.
The starting and ending sizes of the age range must use the same format.
The “Months”, “T”, or “Years” suffix can only be applied once at the end of the scope. The range value is connected by a hyphen without any spaces. This rule is not affected by the values filled in by the seller. (T=Toddler, referring to a toddler learning to walk)
For example, when grouping clothing size variants, the variant name filled in is 0 Months-3 Months, and the product details page will default to displaying 0-3 Months
There are no options for filtering “solar term products” or “special types” on the product page
When there are no options for filtering “seasonal products” or “special types” on the product page, users can click on the small icon next to the field to update and obtain data, and then click on the filter to complete the process
FBA retest, why hasn’t the profit margin changed?
After the FBA retest, we will update the profit margin only when new orders are shipped and the FBA fees are retested at the time of shipment.
The system did not capture the brand name
Select the SKU that needs to be updated on the product page of the INV system, click the [Update Brand and Rating] button, and manually update the brand name (due to limited update quota, only one update is supported per operation)
Reasons for product page product images not being updated
Products that already have images and have not undergone image replacement through the SKU image publishing system in the past 7 days will only be captured again by the system after an order is placed.
The system crawling rule satisfies any of the following conditions:
1. No diagram
2. In the past 7 days, the SKU image publishing system has been used for image replacement and the review has been approved
3. Sales exceeding 0 in the past 90 days
Product ASIN display error?
The ASINs on the product page are all captured through the listing report. If there are any changes in the ASINs of the product, but the ASINs displayed by the system are still the previous values, please send the ASINs corresponding to the SKU+site separately to the IT clerk, and the IT department will manually adjust them separately.
The product page does not display the “change” mark
The ‘change’ character mark on the product page is determined based on whether the product has a parent ASIN, which is obtained from the product product report and is retrieved every night. The system displays the data based on the returned data
